OUR PURPOSE
Our purpose here is to provide information exposing the emergent church, as well as the church leadership who are involved with bringing in this false movement of Satan, and helping to facilitate these false leaders. We will also provide you with our best resources and links to do research on your own as you seek to learn about the emergent church and contemplative spirituality movement. Finally, we are here to provide encouragement and support to all who are seeking to stay true to the "faith which was once for all delivered for all the saints.”
(Genesis 3:1) The devil is seeking to tear God's flock apart by taking apart God's Word.
Psalm 11:3 states, “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” We are not about to let the foundations of the Nazarene Denomination, as well as the rest of the Body of Christ, be destroyed by undiscerning leadership who are only interested in the next fad heresy that comes into the Body of Christ.
We are not letting this go down without a fight. Sadly though, I do remember Jesus' words as he stated in Luke 18:8:
“Nevertheless when the Son of man returns, shall he find faith on the earth?"
That verse comes to mind as church leadership continues to expose the flock to heresy after heresy, weakening the flock. The flock needs to be faithful Bereans, getting their noses out of programs and back into God's Holy Word in scripture. Face it - the truth is worth fighting for.
The following is from Ray Yungen’s, "A Time Of Departing":
“Ancient mystical practices are being introduced into countless churches under the umbrella of the spiritual formation movement.”
I am a former Catholic, and my mom was introduced to these methods in the Catholic Church many years ago, way before “emergent” was in vogue. I know personally what these mystical practices can have on a person through seeing firsthand what it has done to my own mother.
Long term, the fruit of this movement will be plain New Age religion as well as hoping to form the one world religion that will be led by the antichrist: “Another gospel…another Jesus.” This is not the return to ancient Christian practices, but a return to ancient Catholic practices, as well as other New Age practices, involving interspirituality and spiritual formation. The leaders of this movement continue to expose the flock by using Satan’s age old ploy: ”Did God really say?"
Sincerely in Christ,
